I Want to Cook!
My son is a freshman in college, and after his first semester he got tired of campus food and eager to get out of his dormitory and start his own life somewhere off campus. That way he could make and enjoy some better food.
However, he doesn’t know much about cooking and requires some basic skills when he moves to the off campus apartment.
Since I should be the one to teach him, sooner or later, I’ve checked many web sites and YouTube videos to get him started
However, I found many of them just show off techniques of the cook or are too complicated for a novice cook like a collage student. So, I decided to make my own web site that features simple and easy cooking ideas with limited equipment and a low budget that a college student can afford.
I hope this site will give my son and other students a kick-start in cooking as they move onto to off campus housing and forward in life. I also hope it will help other bachelors out there, find the cook inside of them that truly enjoy this tasteful art.
